An animation is a form of art. It brings life to a simple drawing or illustration. Making a dull object, drawing or illustration lively is the main job of an animator. Imagining how these animators do it, you will surely be amazed by their works. Disney and Pixar are one of them.

With today's technology and resources, you can easily download software online - free or not. You can learn animation on your own with the help of a laptop, computer, and an internet connection. Different Types of Animation

3D Animation - this type of animation is the most popular among any types. 3D animation is the most used feature when filming - it is common in short films and for the use of television for live-action.

2D animation - 2D animation is also called "hand-drawn animation" and is used traditionally in creating films. 

2D Vector Animation - this is something similar to 2D animation alone, but with the use of a 2D digital puppet. 

Stop Motion Animation - this where animators can manipulate the objects of the real world in order to create a movement of illusion. Though this animation is intense and complicated, you should exert patience along your way. 

Motion Graphics Animation - this can be seen from commercials, sporting events, news, explainer videos, and many productions on television. It is where a certain logo or text can move. 

Now that you have information about animation and already know its type, you can download the free software you can find online. Remember to be patient when doing this kind of work. You'll be better along this journey and will get used to it.
